I am interested in knowing on the Eico 667 tube tester if the "push buttons" should stay depressed as you sequence through them when testing for leakage or if pushing a second button down causes the first button to release.  That is what is happening on my Eico.  It is difficult to tell from the manual if all the buttons pressed should stay down until the release button is pressed.  Also, when doing the emission test, and depressing the push button in the "merit column" if that is the only push button that is depressed or if all the buttons pressed for leakage should stay down.

Thanks, George, K9AAL

George,

One button down at a time is correct, or at least that's how mine works.

Thanks!  I looked at the mechanics of the switches and that appeared the way it should work, but it wasn't clear from the manual!
