yea man i had fun. man i sure wish we could hit it up on 20. i tried dr. john also and it was a no go. looking like i may just revert to antenna work over the summer.

i'm not going to give up on 20m yet but the action is low. and the wait time is high  Shocked

Use an "AM Courtesy Filter" to limit transmit audio bandwidth  +-4.5 KHz, +-6.0 KHz or +-8.0 KHz when needed.  Easily done in DSP.

Yeah, good QSO, Brandon.  I was impressed at how stable your 100 watt signal was the whole session. Just wait until you get that quad reflector tuned and working right.

After you left I was called by W7HPW in Utah.  Nice signal for 50 watts.  He said he would be looking for more AM activity in the future.  Considering how loud the static is on 75M tonight, 20M was a breeze.

There was very little ssb activity, maybe 10kc away and a quiet band in general.  I like the isolation on 14.330 vs: the ruckus on 286.   I expect to operate up there as a preference.

  QSL on 330...Most afternoons deserted..I will try again this afternoon. Sorry if I didn't hear you guys and I'm in the hay loft around 5pm too so that doesn't help.
