Should be built smaller for fuel economy. Way back then, gas was way less.

I guess if you wanted to build an ark today it wouldn't need to be that big. You would just bring the animals that you liked and the rest would drown. I wonder if the original had Polar Bears on it? Big ass snakes? It must have been one heck of a time on Noah's Ark??

Being that it's Memorial Day....
A friend ( Franklin C Bradley ) was the military govenor of an island off of Okinawa. He noticed that the 'natives' had walls around their houses. He found out why when a hurricane passed through.

Get some wood build it 300 cubits by 80 cubits by 40 cubits. Right!
The original ark had three decks...one for Noah and his family, one for the animals, and one for the "waste". Hmmm...would that third deck be the poop deck? Sorry...
