KAAR VHF base station for sale/trade

Kaar high band VHF FM base station with FM-176A transmit section and FM-40A receive section in original standard rack with internal power supply as well.
Also included is the M-3 test set for it. That may be left connected while operating.

It has one 6146 IIRC for the RF PA. I've never been able to find a manual on it but it seems straightforward. I was going to put it on 2M, and add a modulator of two 807's or 6146's, but never got around to it. I have not looked at this set since 2003, it has been stored on planks (to keep it off the concrete floor) in my garage out of the weather since I bought it at auction. Asking $75, worth more than that in parts. I also like to trade. must pick up in Dallas, Texas.
