Hello  Smiley,
Please I'm looking for any infos about this old 8 tube dual traces dc coupled 3" Primer-Scope MARK II. Was manufactured from Measurement Control Devices Inc. in Emerald Phil. PA and It's seems a LF up to 100 Khz portable tech. aid for computer service man  Cool.
It's nice, use professional components  Wink and is well manufactured, If possible I will to restore it.
Can anyone help me?

Marco,
Is there any additional information on the rear of that oscilloscope?

Home of GORT. A buddy of mine named the 813 rig GORT.
His fear was when I turned it on for the first time life on earth would come to a stand still.

Beat me to it.

I was going to ask for a picture of the rear of the scope for a slightly different reason.

What other connectors are on the back?  Are there any direct connections to the CRT deflection plates?

If no connections other than the power line feed then the scope is a basic, pretty elementary scope, one step up from home brew.

It should be fairly simple to trouble shoot starting with the CRT.
Does the filament in it work?  Does the HV power supply work? etc.

HV is probably around 1500 volts at 2 to 5 ma.  Another supply for the amplifier and sweep circuits, etc.

No, only front commands and ac-dc inputs

I think so relevant to continuosly uncal sweep rate control :-(

Yes, all voltages now are present ...only a little fuse on ac line !

HV is probably around 1500 volts at 2 to 5 ma.  Another supply for the amplifier and sweep circuits, etc.

.......after switchs deox and trimmers retouch now is well dc balanced and synch frequencies up to .........170 Khz from 2-300 mV  !!!!!! It's an old Computer Oscope born before logic analyzer era ------
Thank you very much and sorry for delayed reply
