My craputer is bunged up and won't show any pictures posted here.   What's that piece o' meat?  Lamb chop? Pork chop? Piece of steak?  Chikin?  What?

Tonight, I'm having Viener Schnitzels mit'n der kartoffelpüree, und zum peas.   Ya... schvantz!
