if you have solid state rectifiers try .001 across each atack to see if they are making transients. See if there are any chassis currents in the area of amp. Look at the returns in the area. Do you have bypass caps line to chassis?

Hard to troubleshoot from here but when I get back we shall try the 10 or so good suggestions that have come out of this.
