Reading most of the posts there or running my fingernails across a blackboard; I'll take running my fingernails across a blackboard.

Personally, I have no interest whatsoever in reading anti-AM  screeds.  They are of no interest to me, and do not affect me.  They are typically rooted in ignorance and prejudice.  I get enough of that in politics. I don't need it in my hobby.    I'd go  on a political rant here, but I think I'll quit while I'm ahead!   Grin

screw em all.  Tongue

run your station the way you want. It belongs to you. The risk to the license is yours and no one else's. If the FCC wants you, they'll come get you.

every one of those  "AM is too wide" dick heads should be given a license to operate only the narrowest mode possible.

how about everyone minds their own goddamn business?  Roll Eyes

The bandwidth of the signal is often directly proportional to the mindwidth of the operator.

tnx Jack. It's nice to be back on. I really like the Yaesu and the  Gonset amp, and of course I always liked he Flashbox. I am going to try to buy duplicates of the 3 items this year. I'll be buying instead of crying.  Grin
