This has to hurt the pocketbook.
A consent decree has finally ended an enforcement action against Pilot Travel Centers LLC that could have cost the company $125,000 in fines.

Profits were apparently high enough in Pilot's business model to comfortably negate the six year threat of enforcement from the FCC... at least and until the last executive's Golden Parachute was well packed...

A settlement with Pilot admitting no "wrong doing"... a 90k "voluntary contribution"... just another day in the life of the average American business...
