In case you haven't heard the latest word:
"TV stations will stop broadcasting in analog after Feb. 17, 2009, under a measure the Senate passed Wednesday, 12/21."

Crap...

I don't have cable... Guess I'll be using the TV for parts...

Stupid really.

Force everyone to either get Cable or Buy a new TV...  hmmm  government subsidy of TV folks. ah well. maybe they will start to broadcast TV over the internet...

The only thing this digital stuf is good for is putting money in someone elses pockets...

One thing though..  What the difference between Digital and Analog spectrum???

All this so you can buy two phones per kid that will play anything on the web, especially games and gambling for the grown ups.  Don't kid yourself it is all about getting spectrum for an auction.  Good old business, damn the individual.

The silly fools are waiting in line to buy spectrum so they can go broke and leave a lot of investors on the curb with nothing in a few years.  It will be like the dot com bust in 10 years or less.
