Title: Solid State amplifier designs? Post by: K1MNX on November 14, 2005, 12:11:14 PM With all the guys experimenting with Class E transmitters, I wondered if anyone has a good design for a high power MosFet linear amplifier? Something in the 2KW output range.

it uses mrf 150 fets. I have collected the parts to do a 9 module amp someday when i get motivated. Cheap fets work also but not as broad band. |
