Title: Broadcast Newspaper features AMer K9AF Post by: WA3VJB on November 03, 2005, 08:26:58 PM Jerry, K9AF has written an article just published in Radio World, a bi-weekly newspaper for the broadcast engineering community. The story and photos document an excellent project involving a Gates 250W broadcast transmitter he now has on 160M. He takes us through the technical re-tuning process, the method of implementing PTT, and on-air user impressions. Here's part of the first page scanned (with permission). I'm hoping to get a PDF of the entire 4 page article to include on the subpage "AM Radio Network" which is due for some updates...
