Title: Fascinating Katrina radiio story

Nick Tusa, K5EF, is famous among Central Electronics collectors as Mr CE.  He bought the old inventory, restores them like nobody else, became friends with the chief designer and with the founder.

But Nick has a day job.  Consulting on radio systems (police, fire, etc) in and around New Orleans.  He's written an article about what it was like keeping these systems up, what worked, what didn't.  I enjoyed the article, and you might too. He said it was fine to post it here but since it is going to be published I promised to duplicate his copyright notice:
