Title: Broken Wouff Hong link
Post by: w1guh on August 18, 2005, 12:48:10 PM
Looking forward to when it works.

I know it's probably being worked on...but I couldn't resist mentionting Wouff Hong here.

BTW, is it really a proper noun that needs to be capitalized?

Paul

Yes, absolutely.  If you fail to capitalise it, T.O.M. will give you a demonstration of the Rettysnitch.

I live on Keuka Lake, and it is shaped just like the Wouff Hong (check a large map of the Finger Lakes and you'll see).  I am trying to get the local authorities to change the name to Wouff Hong Lake.  They said they might consider Rettysnitch Lake, but that Wouff Hong Lake would scare off all the kids.

Regards to T.O.M.

Scare the kids away?  If a Wouff Hong is used in anyway near what it looks like it's for, it'd scare ME away!

Thanks for the story, Bruce.
