Anyone have a timing belt exposed to the point where the pitch can be measured? I'm going to get this done if it means molding them myself! Actually I'd be surprised if it wasn't something like a 2 or 3 mm pitch. I'm just looking for someone to do my light work as I'm nowhere near tearing into any of mine. Just too much going on. Look at the pictures; it's a notched belt, otherwise known as a timing belt or a synchronizing belt. It does more than simply transmit torque—the notches in the belt engage the teeth in the pulleys to maintain a timing relationship.

If you can get the length and perhaps some numbers from the original belt...ya might get lucky. Like I did...
