The phone segment is only 58 KHz wide. Most vintage AM rigs don't even cover that band. AMfone - Dedicated to Amplitude Modulation on the Amateur Radio Bands
20 meters is on the downside of the 17 meter band; 15 meters is on the upside of the 17 meter band. Both of those bands give lots of room for AM and SSB signals. |
