Ya know i believe it's within three feet of any road right of way the maintaince of way workers have the right to service what's needed. I'm One of his biggest fans actually, he is clear in his mind as to the purpose of all this, and I always kick myself in the backside when he reminds me of my responsibilities. We all complain and look the other way sometimes but men of that stature and conviction are fading away. He does make one wonder..
