Title: Valiant padder caps Post by: K2GTM on January 03, 2022, 06:54:11 PM I'm working on a Valiant that has some blown padder caps (C38A-D). What cap(s) would be best suited here? Would a single 150pF 7.5kV doorknob work?

I have some 3kV and 6kV disc caps I could use, I just don't know about their RF current handling capability. Or, maybe the RF levels are low enough not to worry about it?
