Title: Anybody know N1TLK Brad?
Post by: WA1LGQ on July 20, 2021, 11:35:56 AM
A vet visited the museum the other day where I do volunteering, (https://www.vrcmct.org/ (https://www.vrcmct.org/)) and he had a
BC-659 that he is restoring and wants to mount in his Jeep. He is looking to get it going perhaps and/or play mil comm recordings through the speaker when he goes to the vehicle meets like COMVEC or Gilbert. He had some notes about the radio that were from Brad, N1TLk, apparently a previous owner. So I wonder if he is still around. I cannot find much online except that his license is still valid. I will pass along his address if there is nothing else. Alternatively maybe there is somebody else that can help him out. The gentleman is from Tariffville, CT. He is not a ham, but even if he were a ham the radio would not be useful if it worked in my opinion.
Thoughts??.........Thanks........Larry
