I have a Valiant that I'm trying to get on the air. I've replaced all the caps, put a D-Labs PTT board in it, checked the tubes, etc, etc. It has a hum on the transmitted signal, CW or Phone. I had a good friend (W1ES) spend some time on it, and both of us are scratching our heads. Is there anyone within a couple hundred miles of central NC willing to help me get this on the air?
