If 3 ghz is what you need, here's yet another iteration of the NanoVNA that does DC to Daylight, almost.  It's still the small 2.8 inch touchscreen but can be linked to a PC as with the earlier units for those who prefer large screen and a mouse.  This one promises 6 hours of untethered operation. 
It'll be interesting to see what comes along next...

They also have a spec an available.

Test equipment is beyond cheap now.
