Title: N2FUV gets sentenced to 30 days
Post by: WA2SQQ on June 15, 2020, 12:54:07 PM
I’m almost ashamed to say this guy was a former co-worker and neighbor. Should be interesting to see how this ex-cop likes being on the other side of the bars. Considering his son-in-law is a local sheriff, this ruling speaks loudly. The FCC really needs to take action against these few who give our hobby a very bad name.

The FCC has nothing to do with this. It was about a court order from the state of either TN or FL for harassment.

Ex-xops don’t usually do well in the slammer.  They usually have to be kept in “protective custody” or the mainstream inmates mwke their existence miserable.
