Does the fishing game still work with everyone having a smartphone?

Me: You're not going to sell many microphones at that price.
Seller: At this price, I've only got to sell one.

Worth about 1/4 of the asking, only if it works.

Prices slightly higher west of the Rockies.

It reminds me of a find when I was a kid of a microphone similar to this one at a thrift store in Machias, Maine.  They only wanted $30 for it! I wish I still had it.

That's way too much for a lolipop!  I never really understood the attraction for D-104's. I like musician-style microphones and use a Heil PR-20.

Eventually someone will buy it and both will be happy.

I prefer old FM base station desk mikes. Astatic made some. Some say Motorola.

I recall seeing on in a shop in Manhattan back in the 90s. It was at a similar price.  SMH

Just bought two off eBay for $50 total for both... and they both work.  😁

Been in radio for over 40 years and these are the first D104s I've ever owned.

They're good utility microphones if in good shape.

Looks like the tag says "Atlas Microphone". Huh? or am I reading it wrong?

No wonder so many haul as much junk home from a hamfester as they haul to it. Now if it were the Golden Eagle made for Browning he may get away with "Yeah, my sh** is made out of gold." Throw in a NIB Browning Golden Eagle and I'll de-ping it for free. Is that a Palomar Slider I see there? Bad boy bad boy wacha gonna do? Wacha gonna do when they come for you?

I don't know why this one didn't "take".
