I uses to do a lot of mobile with my IC-746. Often times I would just set it on the 6 meter FM calling frequency and wait for something to happen and I was not disappointed. The signals were almost always full quieting and at first I though they were locals that I stumbled upon, because they were so strong? I'm going to put my G-50 back on for the winter months. I have no idea when conditions are good or what?? |
