Title: Ranger vfo R18 failure
Post by: W1UX on April 20, 2005, 06:59:18 PM
Made the OA2 in the VFO compartment VERY unhappy
So I'm assuming it's the old R18 thing in this Ranger.

I heard there has been a fix posted somewhere that could be done without having to remove the vfo compartment shield (involves removing the front panel of course)

Sure would appreciate any leads on this possible fix!

Tnx & 73

If you blew the resistor, you got to get in there at least one time.
