I have been using Gan parts for power supplies. We have been able to get near 99% efficiency. I am curious if anyone has tried to run them at 10M. 73 Bob N9NEO Title: Re: How fast is your Gan Post by: VE3ELQ on September 19, 2018, 08:10:48 AM Bob, A while back I did a quick and dirty 20M class "E" RF deck using the TPH3206PS GaNs, their fastest ones, just as a proof of concept experiment.
