Title: Selling NC-303 and SX-117 At NEARfest SOLD Post by: WE1X on April 30, 2018, 07:13:45 AM I will have a nicely restored NC-303 with matching speaker at NEARfest. Includes a new Hayseed Hamfest filter cap can, new caps and a few new resistors. Cabinet has been stripped and powder coated as has been speaker. Works very well.
Also at NEARfest I will have a Hallicrafters SX-117. Cabinet and front panel are good. Interior has been cleaned and looks great. All caps replaced and several resistors. The receiver played well until i screwed up the L10 A&B 80M/10M oscillator coil. Someone with far more patience and skill than I who can fix it will have a very nice finished product. Other items I will be bringing will include (a) an excellent MDS RC1-Y rotor controller for Yaesu rotors and (b) a very nice Heil PR-10 mic with base. Will be looking for an SX-28 in very good physical and operating condition. My table will be next to Carl's (WA1KPD).
