I'd forgotten about the "mixed up" keyboard lettering until I tried to use the one up in Kodiak Island (radio club set up in WWII bunker north end of island) when visiting my sister some years ago. Started up qwerty typing and got laughed at. And here's more from the "darkside." This Digi-stuff is just phenomenal. JT-8 Signals from below the background noise. Way message limited and certainly not a fun, buzzardly, wandering AM QSO but what a way to capture JA's. |
