Title: Source or Replacement for 20VAC 40W Lumiline Lamps for Collins 20V Post by: KM8AM on January 03, 2018, 06:26:13 PM After years of patiently waiting for me to retire, my restored, tri-banded 20V is finally ready to come to life - except for the panel lamps.
I'm looking for two lamps or a way to replace them without ending up with the typical "LED bright spots." Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. Is that a typo?
I've got two different types, the most common use removable caps on the end which plug into to sockets and the other, less common type, have the caps built in but don't plug into the old style sockets. There is also a company the sells LED Lumiline replacements for about $85.
