Title: Transformer identification maybe? Post by: WA1LGQ on December 13, 2017, 08:55:21 PM Anyone recognize this transformer? Looks like a military mod transformer. Its about 3 inches or so tall. Plate cap terminals on the top are stamped 1 and 3. Also on the top is marked GR and also 9466. Someone made some markings on one side that give the pinout of the bottom connections 8+9 for LoZ, 6+7 for HiZ, 2 CT, and 5 Ground. Also hand marked P-P 1625 and T-58. Plus a single character that could be a 3 or a B or 8 stamped in red.

I was thinking of using this in my BC 37.5 hybrid semi-military transmitter project. Its a small transmitter using BC-375 tuning units. It is working now on CW but I thought a modulator would be nice, and would like to use a military rig mod transformer. Probably will sound very military, might even use a carbon mic.
