The particular are as follows. http://www.arast.info/arast_website/public/hamfest.php Chemung County Fairgrounds, Horseheads, NY Flea Market: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Take exit 53 off of I-86 (Horseheads Exit), and turn south at Grand Central Avenue. Continue on to the Fairgrounds which will be approx 1/2 mile on your left. 147.360+ and 146.700- I've been a few times; good in the past. klc Why is it called horse heads?
