Title: Larry Moldauer, WA2PZI....SK Post by: wa2pjp on September 18, 2017, 11:59:53 AM It is with very sad news I heard the passing of Larry WA2PZI. I spoke to his wife Linda today and found he never told any one of the cancer that was in his kidneys. I saw him last at the Sussex hamfest in NJ and we had a good conversation and coffee, he never mentioned to me of any problems with his health and he looked fine. Larry was a good friend I met many years ago through ham radio, we traded equipment and helped each other with repairs and parts. Me and Larry had flown together several times and we both really enjoyed aviation. He will be missed and the memories I have of him will stay with me forever. RIP Larry.

He has been down to our home and we had a blast going from Pennsylvania to California in Doug's-K6JV's Piper Malabu. A great Ham an outstanding pilot and just a great guy. He will be missed by many.
Just 2 weeks ago he checked into the Antique Wireless AM net that I host on Sunday's. That was the first time we chatted in quite a while and I am thinking he probably checked in since he knew that his runway was getting short.
