Title: Sencore LC101 Z Meter
Post by: WA2SQQ on August 20, 2017, 03:32:41 PM
Anyone know where I might find a manual and schematic for a Sencore LC101 Z meter? Picked one up, but the ESR function is not working.

I think I got mine from Pete manualman.com but don't recall.

A way to pop that meter is to use it on a cap that has a charge on it, pops an op-amp.

Every other feature works just fine, just the ESR continually give you the same "3" reading.
Thanks

The BAMA website has the manual for the LC102. Might be helpful.

Here is the link:

Many places have it, but no schematic. I'm really in need of the service manual, or at least someone who has one that's working. I don't have the test leads, so what I am experiencing may be normal. I'm unable to ZERO the ESR adjustment - constantly shows a negative value that will vary, but unable to reach ZERO.
