Title: Mechanical sequencer
Post by: ka1tdq on June 09, 2017, 10:33:19 PM
This one isn't rocket science, but should come in handy for quick 'n dirty (and simple) class E setups.

It's a mechanical sequencer that uses a 4-position, single pole, 3-deck rotary switch.  The switch has to be make-before-break (MBB).

If and whenever I throw a transmitter in the car, I'll use one of these.

Here it is. I've ordered some LED holders so that I'll have a visual aid to see the switch position.

It checks out with the ohm meter. There's no break in continuity when switching in between events.

This is the least complicated part of a class E station. But, if you don't got one, it ain't gonna work.
