Don and all, 160 sounds pretty good tonite. Noisy, but ptopagation seems good. I'll be calling CQ for a while on 1885 this evening.

I listened a little while, but QRN was pretty heavy here, and I was busy with some non-radio chores.  Maybe later in the week.

Will be on vacation next week.  Hope to get some good radio time in, if condx permit.

I did have a good QSO with Terry, KF0HR in North Dakota.  He was running about 200 watts with an Icom ricer and amp. Excellent, full quieting signals both ways on a 700 mile shot for a half hour, then QSB set in.

In spite of the spring noise, I'll rate 160 propagation a 7 last night.

Have a nice vacation. Don.

I have had very nice band condx on 1945 the past two evenings....An hour long QSO with K6IXL Monday nite .......Over an hour with W7GEC last nite....Both Stations about 250 mi distant....The only noise is a "Buzzy" running thru the band once in a while....It could be  MUF or Aurora testing from the site in Penticton BC..I listened briefly to 1885 and 1910 and heard Nada.....
