He and his brother Alan provided good Class E technology for us hams and commercial folks to use. Met him once and red a couple of his papers. Nathan Sokal went through all the classes of power amplifiers. Looking back on that and considering that I basically ignored Class D, E and Class F for 25 years, is pretty sad.
