Does anyone know where any info is on this.  I can't find any info for it.

Looks like the power meter sampler from an RCA FM broadcast transmitter.  1-5/8 EIA unflanged 50-Ohm line section.

It probably has 1N21A diodes under the connectors on the block.  Those usually used meters in the 100-200uA range.
