If you haven't heard:
HAARP — the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program — will transfer from military into academic hands on August 11, 2015.

That facility would make one heck of a NVIS antenna farm

Wonder how much equipment still remains.   Rumor has it the air force never stopped dismantling and removing electronics.

Read the article Shane....   Says old equipment was removed and current tech was left or returned.....   They think.

So it sounds like initially all they have now is a 30 acre antenna farm.
