They drift a bit but otherwise are very nice.

I was reminded of this old joke: "A rabbi is acting as marriage counselor and agrees to see a couple, but one at a time. It looks, feels, and operates like a real radio of that era should. And the sound from the p-p 6V6s driving a big speaker is wonderful. Re-capping it can be interesting, but it's well worth the effort. Do the power supply and audio sections first to protect the iron. Be sure to check resistors. Especially in the S-meter circuit.
