I would like to sell the house and station as a package...just flip a switch and you are on the air from one of the nicest areas in the Garden State. Just 10 minutes from Long Beach Island, you have fine, sugar sand beaches without all the honky-tonk. There are also pristine lakes in the Pinelands for swimming and fishing.
