Norm Frank was quite the guy and would be the first in line to help anybody. He sure is missed. Its a shame that a lot of you never got to know him. He was one of a kind in the best possible way. Always willing to help out, extremely generous with his time, parts, etc, an all-around great guy and funny as hell to boot! Those fortunate enough to be on Frank's email list will remember his wicked sense of humor. I have many of them saved.
Glad you got the receiver, Bud. I got a box of Frank's old radio tubes that have already helped breathe life into some sets. He would've been happy as hell to see the radio deals and hand-offs taking place in the church parking lot after his memorial service. Sometimes you just get this feeling....
