Just made a contact with Frank (Franco) I5KAP in Pisa.  He was using 5 watts and coming in nicely into Louisiana.

Given that this is the AM Forum and John posted in the 10 Meters section, take a guess.   ;D

Congratulations John. I've worked Franco a few times in recent years. He's almost always running low power.

I need to get my 10 meter antenna back up! :(

Yes, it was 10 meter AM on 29.020... he was calling CQ this morning when I got home from work about 7:30 am CST, or an hour after sunrise.  I answered with the TS-570 at 25 watts and when he told me of his 5 watts, I turned mine down to 5 watts carrier and finished the QSO. He was on a 3 element yagi, I was on a 26 ft vertical ground plane.
