Frank's memorial service was held today at the church he and Carol attended and in fact were married in many years ago.   It was good to see the AM community represented.  Here is a picture Martha took outside after the service.

It was a very nice service and appropriate that the Lutheran Church was the same one in which Carol and Frank were married.  Thank you for the picture Joe, and slight correction: W3RSW.

It was good to see all you guys and gals, despite the sad circumstances. It was a nice service and a good remembrance of Frank.

Don't forget the Celebration of Frank's Life.

Be prepared to share stories and memories of Frank and his influence. Buffet, beer, sodas, coffee and etc. will be provided and the admission is free. There will be a cash bar for those wanting other libations.

What is Johnny holding?

Hi Carl,

I remember Frank building a low power rig many years ago.  That may be what Johnny was holding but not sure.  I am sure someone will fill us in.

Thanks for the pics, Joe, and great seeing everyone there.  Was sad, yet happy at the same time.

Indeed. Someone mentioned that Frank would be smiling down, happy as can be to see folks in the parking lot swapping radio gear and stories about radios, cars, etc. at his Memorial Service. No doubt.
