I've always wanted a "Cadillac Station Wagon" to restore/partly restore, but you don't find them around here much. Big companies doing used hearses, ambulances, etc. buy up the used ones locally, refurb and re-sell high. I wonder what engine that one has, maybe the 472? -good high compression type engine there.
