Title: Early Evening - Night Ops
Post by: Steve - K4HX on April 06, 2014, 08:27:07 PM
Caught K3SQP and WA2CYT in QSO on 7295 kHz at 2330Z (7:30 PM local) tonight. Big signals from both 20-30 over 9 and no BC or other QRM. Once we signed, I noticed a midwest group on 7290 kHz. Bee discussed many times before but bears repeating - they don't roll up the sidewalks on 40 meters after dark. Check it out.

40 meters AM, around 7290, was still active around midnight when I shut the receiver down.
