Title: DH7RR on 21.43 Mhz at 1820Z

What a surprise to be cleaning the shack, calling CQ every so often on a seemingly dead 15-meters, only to hear Ralph DH7RR near Hamburg, Germany respond and give me a S9+15 report.
For someone that thinks working W0LS in Cambridge, Minnesota is DX, this was quite the pleasant surprise. :)

DH7RR - Ralph, Hamburg Germany

Awesome!

Band is still FB. Just had a nice chat with W0TL in MN. He was a steady 5/9+10 on a very quiet band. 2130Z.
