Title: KW7Y Loud and Clear on Homebrew AM Solid State Rig Post by: W1AEX on February 14, 2014, 01:05:27 PM I had a nice chat with Paul - KW7Y who was piling into Connecticut with a beautiful AM signal from Washington state. In the mp3 below he gives a few details about the little homebrew multiband solid state AM/CW rig that is driving his GS35B amplifier to produce a 200 watt carrier on AM. The first picture below shows the rig that is heard in the mp3 file. Paul has built some beautiful AM rigs that I really enjoyed viewing at his web page.
