Title: 15 Meters Open to EU Post by: Steve - K4HX on January 22, 2014, 10:11:43 AM Just spoke with Aldo, IW5EKR on 21430. He was operating from his mobile (parked) as he does on 10 meters. He was running 40 watts and a dipole at 10 feet. His signs; was S7/8 with slight QSB.
