I've noticed that the costs for small receiving type tubes has gone thru the roof lately with the tremendous demand by the audio hi-fi group.
Antique Electronic Supply's prices appear to have fallen victim as well. No cheap Chinese or Russian tubes; preferable any American NOS; ie RCA, Sylvania, GE, etc. Tnx. Dayton is coming up..the Atlanta hamfest is on the June 1st weekend, and I'm sure there are others in your area of the country. There is a "Wanted" section on this site.
