Title: G8NOF "Flexing" his sidebands.
Post by: ve6cq on March 14, 2013, 08:09:07 PM
Glen, G8NOF - as heard today in VE6. Exceptional path propagation featuring deep QSB without egregious phasing artifacts. Another feather in the cap for 15!
Mp3 attached.

I worked G8NOF this morning on 15. He's using a Flex 5000.

Mp3 attached.

So that's how you were hearing him. Excellent.
He seemed to mention recording your signal, there, too.
Did you get the file?  Would enjoy pairing them up.

The NOF Meister was great copy here on 15 the other day as well as W5QXX who he was in QSO with.

I'm still hanging on 10 but keeping a close listen on 15.

Glenn runs a Flex 5000 unless he is off on an adventure then you might hear him running a Kenwood TS-590S.
